Photos will be documented and sent to confirm that your unit is to your desire and liking. Units will not be shipped until the pictures are confirmed by the purchaser. Because of this, there are no returns or refunds after being shipped out. One change is allowed without an extra charge, as long as the change does not involve any chemicals and so long as the change is before the unit is shipped out. Once confirmed, units ship immediately. There is a strict no refund or exchange policy.
Units are typically completed within 5 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your units (shipping time included). This time frame also depends on your confirmation. Please leave your contact information and any allergies you may have at checkout in notes/comments.
